Dr. James' Cancer Prevention Tips


Welcome to "Dr. James' Cancer Prevention Tips". If you use these tips, you will gradually re-invent your health year after year; become more fully who you are at the level of your specific talents, attributes, skills, and unique gifts; and create an inner and outer environment that will reduce your risk for cancer. These Tips facilitate your ability to direct what you think, feel, and do in the service of promoting high-level wellness. Each Tip is a reflection of my basic model of health that I call “the five bodies”, and each will address an aspect of a particular body each week. The Tips fall into the following categories:

    Molecular Tips
                Cellular Tips
                            Emotional Tips
                                       Mental Tips
                                                    Spiritual Tips
                                                                Integrative Tips


The content of the Tips covers a varied number of topics that are key to cancer prevention. These include nutrition and supplementation, detoxification, how cells talk to each other in the body, how positive and negative emotional energy changes cellular responses, and how your thoughts and relationships with others impact your ability to prevent cancer.

You can also use the Tips to track the seasonal change in the types of foods and nutrients that Mother Nature provides; and, you can learn to use the cycles of Nature to restore a more natural rhythm to your life. Some Tips, for example, reflect nutritional and detoxification recommendations that will make it easier for you to transition from season to season in better health; other Tips offer you strategies for quieting and directing your mind and emotions in your quest for better health.
