9-Point Program For Treating And Preventing Cancer

At our facility in Ann Arbor, and via email, telephone, and the web, we work with patients to create a 9-point program that will work for you. The program focuses on:

1. Diet:
Food is important not only in cancer prevention, but also in cancer treatment. Nutrients and phytochemicals (found in plant foods such as herbs) support immune function, hormonal balance, detoxification, and other aspects of cancer resistance. We work with you to create an eating program that will help you heal.

2. Nutraceuticals & Supplements:
Nutrients, botanicals, phytochemicals, enzymes, and other substances play key roles in healing. We will help you choose the best supplements for you.

3. Exercise & Body Work:
Maintenance of lean body mass (weight control without nutrient depletion) improves the chances for recovery. Aerobic exercise improves circulation and removes wastes from the body. Based on your condition, we help you integrate exercise into your daily healing routine using an exercise program that will build your stamina as well as your understanding of the positive effects of exercise.

4. Stress Reduction:
